Chemistry has a notorious national reputation of being a “weed-out” course for students interested in medical careers. This program is indented to make chemistry easy, fun and understandable to students, so that they do not become victims of their universities “weed-out” systems. The program runs every summer for entering freshmen and sophomores. Incoming freshmen can prepare for their general chemistry the summer before starting college, and in-coming second year students can take organic chemistry the summer before their sophomore year. The goal is to prevent chemistry from being the stumbling block in your medical career path.
